Bakery Hill Malt Whisky and KOKO Black Chocolates, what a partnership!

You must have heard of the old saying that some partnerships were formed in heaven. Well here is the story of one such case.
Just image the result of a partnering of KOKO Black, which produces one of the best chocolates available with a stunning Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky from Bakery Hill.
Many months ago Shane Hills founder of KOKO Black was reviewing his fantastic selection and decided a chocolate was needed to be added to their range. Enter the Bakery Hill Single Malt Whisky ganache. Samples of our Cask Strength Classic and Cask Strength Peated Single Malts were presented to the KOKO Black creative centre for testing. A number of weeks later I received the phone call from Shane Hills inviting me to the centre to try the formulations, all 4 of them. What a day! The creations by Head Chocolatier Samanta we all just stunning but very quickly we decided that Classic Single Malt Whisky Ganache enrobed in KOKO Black's 34% milk chocolate was just too good to be left on the shelf and would be the chocolate to be produced and introduced for Father's Day.
